| Policies for the acquisition of an offshore credit card vary, but most banks offer cash-secured offshore credit cards, generally with a security deposit mandatory and only refunded after the credit card account is closed and balances reconciled. Some of the standard documentation required by all banks includes: |

| - A legible photocopy of the applicant's passport (pages bearing the photograph and personal data). (Some banks accept notarized copies of birth certificates and driver's license in lieu of a passport) |
