An International Business Corporation is permitted to register a ship or pleasure craft under the Antiguan Flag.

Application Requirements

Ameera Limited can arrange for the registration of your vessel and will require the following documents for applying for ship registration:

| - A certificate of the ship's seaworthiness |
| - A survey certificate |
| - Proof of ownership |
| - Proposed name of vessel while under the Flag of Antigua and Barbuda |
| - If previously registered, proof of cancellation of a foreign registry |
| - If currently registered, number, year, and port of registry |
| - Intended date of registration under the Flag of Antigua and Barbuda |
| - If currently registered, present name of ship

- Classification Society
- Radio Accounting Authority
- If currently registered, present call sign
- If previously registered, photocopy of present certificate of registration
- Photocopy of vessel's present trading certificates
- Biographical information on the vessel's owner: name, address, telephone and telex number
- Government Fees Based on the Merchant Shipping Act of 1985
